REO (Real Estate Owned, or Bank Owned) and foreclosure properties are a larger part of the current market than we've seen in many years. Joyner Advisory Group has a plan to manage and/or sell your REOs.

Builder/Developer Services Track
Joyner Advisory Group provides evaluations and recommendations for troubled real estate assets, ongoing projects needing repositioning and repackaging, and pre-construction support for real estate developments.

REALTOR® Training
Whether part of the REO Management or Builder/Developer programs, Joyner Advisory Group requires specific standards of excellence from participating REALTORS®. Every participating REALTOR® must go through training and meet JAG's requirements.
