During Bill’s 30-year real estate career he has gained an in-depth working knowledge in the areas of sales, marketing, developments, planning, and management. Prior to his presidency at Joyner Fine Properties, Bill held the position of Vice President of ITT Community Development Corporation (Florida) with specific responsibilities for residential sales and property management, overseeing volumes of 30 million dollars in sales and a management portfolio of up to 8,000 condominium units. At Joyner, his “hands-on” attitude and high energy led to the creation of the Builder/Developer Services Division, now Joyner Advisory Group, which has provided outstanding planning, marketing, and sales for numerous condominium, mixed use, and single family projects. Bill continues to serve on the national, state, and local real estate boards.

Cheryl has over 25 years experience in the real estate profession as an asset manager, consultant, and commercial broker. While in the DC Metro area, she managed a regional real estate portfolio of multi-family and commercial properties. She now serves as Vice President of Joyner Fine Properties. Cheryl manages the daily operations of the company, property management, and the commercial division. Her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation provides her with the necessary research tools, skills and national network resources to offer excellent service and advice. Cheryl has been very active in the State and National CCIM and is the 2008 Past President of the Virginia CCIM Chapter.

Elaine Graham has been in the real estate business for the last 8 years. Starting out as an agent, she took over the position of Director of Relocation and Corporate Services in 2006. Elaine has managed the moves of many individuals into and out of the Richmond area and specializes in aiding corporations with group moves. MeadWestvaco and Wachovia Securities have been two of her major recent projects. Before moving to Richmond, Elaine was a political person in Washington, D.C. for 25 years. She honed her political and negotiating skills while working in the U.S. House of Representatives, the Senate and lobbying for the National Restaurant Association and Mortgage Bankers Association.

Blake is an Associate Broker with extensive training in new construction sales, commercial leasing, foreclosures and short sales. He received his Associate Broker status in 2006. Blake also has received other training designations such as GRI, training in Graduate Real Estate Studies; ABR, training as an Accredited Buyer's Representative; and SFR, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist training. Blake originally attended Virginia Commonwealth University, followed by the infamous Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute of London, England. He became partner in his first business venture in 1990 at the age of twenty two years old, The Tavern Restaurant. He then went on to start three more business ventures called Shackleford’s Restaurant from 1993-2000. He currently is a silent partner in these business ventures.

Curt brings 20 years experience in real estate, residential development, condominium conversion and home building management to the Joyner Advisory Group. As an instructor of the Certified Sales Professional and CSP Advanced classes and as a past board member of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association, Curt brings an in-depth knowledge of developing all aspects of strategic sales and marketing programs for single family, townhomes, condominiums and adaptive mixed use in suburban and urban environments.

Rachael was introduced to a Macintosh computer at age 7 and the rest is history. She has used these skills in the real estate sector since 2004 and is constantly on the lookout for what’s next in technology, especially as it pertains to the web. Combining graphic design, web design, and photography skills, she developed the E-Marketing Department at Joyner Fine Properties. Rachael has since created and/or managed dozens of websites for agents, builders, developers, and non-profit organizations. She continually researches web marketing, social networking, SEO, and new technologies to evaluate their effectiveness for real estate.

Lacy has provided consulting as well as sales and marketing for large scale project developments including Lock Lane, Riverside on the James, Vistas on the James, the Residences of Miller and Rhoads and many other projects. With a Masters in Information Technology and over 25 years experience in sales and marketing with a Fortune 500 company, Lacy has negotiated multi-million dollar contracts and managed large scale software development projects. She now uses that computer expertise for real estate financial auditing, budgeting, and trend analysis.
